Here is how it works:

1. Open a qualifying checking account between April 26, 2010 to June 30, 2010;

2. Add one or all of the following services:

• Add web bill pay. For signing up and paying an average of five or more bills with Comerica Web Bill Pay each month for six consecutive months, you earn $75.00.

• Add a check card. For signing up and using your Comerica Check Card an average of five or more times each month for six consecutive months, you earn $75.00.

• Add direct deposit. For establishing a recurring direct deposit of $150 or more per statement cycle on or before August 31, 2010, you earn $75.00.

3. Register online for the program between the promotion period of April 26 to June 30, 2010.

In addition, you will also have the chance to earn an additional $75 checking account bonus when you open either a Premier or Comerica Platinum Circle Checking account by June 30, 2010 and deposit at least $2,500 by August 31, 2010. Deposit must be new money.

It is required that new checking accounts must remain open and active for at least six months and be in good standing at the time the bank bonus is paid.

A customer can receive up to a maximum of $300 only in bank bonus.
