Metropolitan Bank of Illinois is offering a 12 month CD Special at 2.00%APY. This is a promotional CD offer that requires $5,000 as minimum opening deposit and as minimum balance to obtain the APY. The bank is also requiring that deposit money  must be new money only and that means funds not coming from other deposits within the bank. Interests are compunded and paid quarterly.
