Presidential Online Bank is offering one of the best interest rates on savings. You will earn a high yield savings account rate of 2.25%APY on balances up to $35,000. Balances in excess of this amount earn a rate of 1.50%APY.

There is no montly fee and no account balance. However, you must make an initial deposit of $5,000 to open. Rate is current as of March 9, 2009 but subject to change. Presidential Online Bank is a member of FDIC.
