Chase Bank. The bank offers an eBonus Certificate of up to 25,000 bonus miles when you open a new Chase Checking account, set up a direct deposit and make a qualifying purchase with your new Chase Continental Airlines Preferred Debit Card. Offer expires March 31, 2010.

BBVA Compass. There is a potential for you to earn up to $150.
